Briefly:

  • You will be welcomed into a typical Dominican home, where as a demonstration of the hospitality which characterizes Dominicans as people, you will be treated to a sampling of the most exotic Caribbean fruits, freshly-brewed coffee, and taste cocoa in its purest form.
  • Embark on a spiritual pilgrimage to the Higüey Basilica, a grandiose architectural marvel worthy of visiting.
  • Enchanting country landscapes are revealed before your very eyes, as you set to sail through the Chavón River.  Its currents will carry you across unrivalled woodlands.  Enjoy a scrumptious grilled lobster lunch afloat, as you sunbathe under the warm tropical sun.
  • Maneuver through a mammoth sugar cane field, property of Central Romana Corporation.  Romp from side to side in an ambience scented by a sugary aroma.
  • Expert craftsmen will show you the proper way of rolling a cigar.  Many renowned brands come from this land.  Visit the cigar Museum, with a small cigar factory.

Hop on the back of one of our safari-style trucks, other sprightly pioneers at your side.  A tourist guide will sweep you past the most hidden space of this mystical destination.
We will make way across unrelenting prodigal sights surrounding the Eastern coastline, culminating in one of the most beautiful destinations on the island, Punta Cana.

Visit a typical rural home and evidence the embodiment of the unmistakable Dominican hospitality, which characterizes them as people.  Passionate novelesque adventures will become unbridled before your eyes, penetrating a celestial sky, where nature coexists in concert with the conquest of one-of-a-kind experiences.
Indulge your taste buds with eccentric Caribbean flavors.  Caress your lips with juicy tropical fruit slices, gratify your senses with the pleasing scent of freshly-roasted coffee, and mesmerize your palate with a rich cup of hot chocolate.

Tackle a spiritual pilgrimage to one of the most lauded cathedrals in the Dominican Republic, visit the Higüey Basilica.  A magnificent ash grey structure in the shape of a Latin cross.
Its entrance, a somber bronze structure plated in 24-kt. gold was blessed in Rome by Pope John Paul II.  A lofty bell tower guarding 45 bronze carillons adds to the allure.  As we approach the Basilica, an awe-inspiring archway, taking on the form of a remarkable vaulted structure, serves as beacon for the faithful, and signals their coming.

As we sail across Chavón River on a riverboat, unrelenting lavish Caribbean backdrops come undone before our eyes.  An unforgettable experience; the whirlwind jostling to the rhythm of merengue.  Its backdrop has come to life in magnificent scenes of various box office blockbusters, such as “Apocalypse Now” and “Rambo II”.   Relive these scenes.
Enjoy a delicious grilled lobster lunch as you sunbathe under the warm tropical sun
